Do not need it if you run race gas. If your boost is above 1.4bar, good idea.

I run on pump gas and car has 20k miles,

By the way, since the car is tuned do i need to change to plugs now?
or do i need to wait for another 10k miles for regular plug change interval ?

If it is running fine, wait. I am going to change my pluge to the PulsePlug to see how well they work over stock plugs.
