Yes, they are built directly into the turbo. There is also an upgrade for them.

From what I hear aftermarket ones 'hold boost' better than the stockers. Super easy install too.

We all use the EVOMS Boost Recirculation Valves as it eliminates issues of boost leaks and diaphragm sticking and deterioration that is consistent with the OEM valve in higher than stock horsepower applications (AKA flashed cars).
