After my public complaint I was immediately contacted by 4 different persons @ Vorsteiner. Whole episode (& my total frustration) was raised due to the Vorsteiners new Spam filter.

Apparently Vorsteiner takes after sales customer satisfaction very seriously.

I am very sorry to hear about your issue. We have sold quite a few number of V301's for 996 and 997 and have not had any issues with the valves or TPMS sensor.

Can you please let us know who you have been in contact with so we may follow up with your case. We would defintely like to get to the bottom of this for you and see eaxctly why you have not received a response from us as we make it a strict point to respond to all of our customer emails within 24 hours.

We did install a new email spam filter on our mail server that was implemeted 34 days prior that has been catching some client emails that we did not recieve in our inbox due to certain keywords etc. We are currently working with our I.T. personnel to adjust the filter rules but I am wondering if your emails may have been sent directly to our junk mail system as a result.

In any case we will contact you via PM to get this issue taken care of for you immediately offline.
