Both wheels are excellent choices. Because you are interested in 20" wheels I assume that you are looking for the most dramatic visual effect or largest looking wheel. If that is the case then I would use the HRE P43. Because the spokes extend to the edge of the wheel the wheels do look larger than many other options. There is no depth to the outer lip because of this. If you want some depth to the outer then the Champion Motorsport RG5 would be an excellent option. As both wheels are lighter than your stock wheels you would expect improved braking feel as well as a lighter, "up on its toes" feel to the suspension. There is not a great difference between the two wheels as far as weight is concerned.
I'd go with the HRE P43 based on brand reputation and styling alone.... however, the fact that the Monoblok is a relatively new line seals the deal for me. More original, less likely to see them on another car out there, and in general, isn't it exciting to have a refreshing new design on your car?

...ok Champions.
