Qs997Turbo is infamous around these parts
New Owner of Artic Silver 997 turbo

I just recently traded in my '08 M5 for a 997 turbo. This car is amazing; by far the best handling car I have ever owned. Prior to this purchase, I was a big BMW M fan, but after two weeks of ownership I can really appreciate all the rawness a Porsche has to offer versus the refinement in a BMW.

I will try to post pictures soon. I am contemplating lowering the car on Champion springs? Do you guys recommend this setup?

Anyone have an aftermarket exhaust they are selling; I prefer Tubi if someone has one for sale.

Also, do most aftermarket exhausts throw a check engine light? I hear this is just a quick reset the dealership can do. Thanks!

Welcome aboard. Grats on the car. There is a Tubi Exhaust on ebay for 3K obo if you like Tubi. Otherwise some of the vendors on here such as AWE has a really nice setup. If you like the handling and want it to be better than a coilover setup like the PSS Damptronics will be a good choice. A few of us run them and they have been excellent.

Some aftermarket exhausts throw CEL's but many of them from the vendors on this board do not make the CEL's go off.

Post pics or BAN Welcome to the 6.
