Fuel Gauge problem????

I'm not sure whether its a repost or it has been discussed before here, but I recently bought a 997TT, and it seems that i have a problem with the fuel gauge, it never move's if i keep 20 or 30 ltr's of fuel whenever the warning light blink's - I should fill it up half way or fill the tank all the way to the top. I just want to know if that is normal or not for a 997. Cuz I have a cayenne too, I don't face this problem at all .

mine does the same thing. Once the light comes on I need to fill up the tank otherwise the light will stay on.
