You will need a windows mobile pda,phone, or laptop that has bluetooth.

you will also need mapping software ( i can hook it up for a bit extra if needed)

I can easilly say its brand new, but i have indeed used it ONCE( the GPS still has all the PLASTIC seals on it, LIKE NEW!!)

will include all accessories including box.
