As the title states, can anybody give me a model number for these HREs? Thanks

Actually those are 648Rs. Haven't seen any of those in a while.

Why is it missing a lug?

thank you very much! Cant comment on the missing lug, as the truck is at a dealership. You'd think they would replace the $5 Lug prior to taking pictures...
