Shelby Daytona Cobra Coupe Expected to Break Auction Records

Mecum is selling a 1965 Shelby Daytona Cobra Coupe (CSX2601) at auction in May. They estimate it will sell for well into eight figures. Incredible.

Will bring crazy numbers, but in this economy I doubt a record. If anything does it will be that Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa that is coming up for auction soon....

You're right! For my money, the Ferrari is so much better...of course, I can't afford either so...

Is it one of the original cars? If not I don't see how it would break any records, I think the one that would is his first that he said he won't sell.
