I am looking to replace my current daily driver (BMW 335i) with a E55. I found this one Online and right by my house. 2nd owner, no mods, no warranty and it was this guys weekend car. I am sure i can talk him down a bit. So assume i will pay $32k for this 2005 31k mile car, good?

We had so many problems with our E55 before getting rid of it. I would not want to own one without a warrenty, but you never know that one may end up fine with not much trouble.

30k is a good price, Not sure i like the wood on the interior. Other than that its a great car, had 7 of them over the last couple of years most out of warranty and never any major issues. It does have good miles.
