Hi guys, I'm up in the notorious St.Moritz for the weekend, enjoying some spirited driving on the fantastic roads and passes. All of a sudden a massive AMG semi comes my way followed by a dark red SLS test mule, and behind it, a black SLS convertible, fully covered up. So expect a convertible on the market in the near future!

The strange thing was that the red coupe SLS was covered aswell, even though the car is out in its final form already!! Maybe its an even better, lighter version?!

Gullwing all the way though...

Just wanted to share, was quite a cool experience...

I wonder how they are going to do the doors on a vert? regular opening doors maybe?

 

Probably will have to have standard doors.

 

Let's just wait and see what they'll come up with

Interesting news! Perhaps they cover them up on the truck to protect them from rock chips or other damage from the elements. I expect the doors on the roadster to be conventional, just as they were on the old 300SL's. I'm looking forward to seeing one!
