I am the lucky guy who owns the SL-63 IWC project car. I had a CLK-63 Black before this car also with mods. I think this car turned out better. The sound is awsome. It's more like my Ferrari than any Mercedes 6.3. It builds revs so fast for a heavy car. The new 7 speed tranny helps this I believe. Finally Mercedes has a good tranny that almost shifts like the Ferrari F-1 tranny blips and all.The crew at EVO knows their stuff for sure. I feel like I have a new car it's so different. I'm doing the pully, front rotors and suspension so we can do some alignment. HRE helped with wheels. It's cool to be at a light next to a unsuspecting girl and watch her junp when I shoot a rev! It's still quiet under normal driving still. Thats been a problem with aftermarket exhaust. Not this one. It's still a Mercedes but now in sheeps clothing. Great job EVO Crew!

 

Beautiful car!

I agree, the sound and the transmission are the highlights of this car. Everytime the transmission shifts, it lets out this nice quick whistle sound, that I find sounding excellent.
