are these wheels available and do they fit a 2007 turbo? and if so how much? and do they come in matte black?

They are available, you need to find out from one of the wheel experts what can be done, if anything, to allow your existing five lug hub to accept the center lock

Forgot to add the wheels retail for around $9k for a set, I imagine they can be had for less; if you configure a new TT or TTs having them finished to match the exterior color is an available option and I imagine the better wheel shops can customize to almost anything. There are other center lock options from HRE, AMT Forged, etc.

I don't think they come from the factory in matte black but there are some aftermarket wheel manufacturers that can probably do matte black. I am sure some will post shortly with their choices.

That's a good price for the wheels and tires considering it is a $3,800 factory option for the upgrade from the Turbo IIs
