Has anyone replaced their PDK paddle steering wheel with an aftermarket paddle wheel? Curious whether or not you liked the change.

I actually like the factory wheel just fine, but the chrome look on the spokes is pretty fugly IMO. Ideally I'd just like to replace that piece with a carbon fiber piece (or replace my wheel with a factory wheel that has just that piece replaced). Anyone done this?

you could try to contact Eric at bumperplugs. I believe they are a board sponsor. I believe they can paint just about any part of the interior and that they did some carbon fiber look pieces. Some of the pictures are posted on the website.

 

Might want to check with Champion Porsche. They have been doing a lot of steering wheel modifications.
