Dont see too many with that kind of mileage. My car is going back Feb 2011, got 63,000 miles on it so far. If the dealer offered me $65k to keep it I'd think about it.

 

When I was shopping there were several 10-20K under market. They usually had some interesting story, and my broker helped me identify the signs of a Porsche buyback/lemon. In this case, it has miles, so it appears to have been used vs. a 2007 with 1K miles, but I would check the carfax history to see how it was used. It could have been an auction buy, an insurance refurb/repo, etc.

That being said, these are pretty durable cars, and for new low optioned M3 money you could have this one.
