Considering a 2003 SL55 AMG-need advice

Hi guys..
I'm considering a 2003 SL55 AMG but am new to these cars. I was wondering at 52XXX miles, what kind of maintenance does it require? What parts need changing at this age? What should I watch out for? And finally, what is the right price for such a car? Does the fact that the car is a lemon/manufacturer buyback mean one should avoid it? I have attached the carfax report.
Thanks in advance!!!

A few known issues on the R230 platform. The lower seal on the rear window can leak, the hoses for the suspension (hydraulic) are known to leak and the ABC struts are also suspect - some go and some don't, intercooler pump. Hopefully this doesn't draw the ire of anyone but mbworld.org might be able to answer the question better since I have a 65 and not a 55.
