Is there a way to determine the options via vin #?

I am looking at an 2009 TT that is at a non-porsche dealer. From the description, it is pretty clear that they don't know much about the TT. Frm the pictures, I can make out some options that they don't list (like adaptive seat). Anyway, is there a way to check the options via the vin #?

The vin# is WP0AD29969S766404

thanks for the help.
