I have a 2009 997.1 turbo and I am anxious to learn the ins and outs of tracking a car. I dont understand how so many of you talk about taking your vehicles out on tracks so frequently. I cant seem to find any tracks in my area that have open track days? I live in New York. Are there any places in America with racetracks open to the public or that have trackdays?

 

go to motorsportsreg.com as they list open track days for the entire country...make sure you sign up with a group that offers instruction for beginners...see about joining PCA in your local area as they can provide the necessary coaching you will need as well as access to the track days they sponsor
