Hans/Hybrid + standard 3 point belts

I have a highly modded 996 TT that I use for 2-3 DE's per year. I am interested in getting a Hans/Hybrid for safety reasons, but want to keep the stock seats/3point seat beats. Can someone advise if this ia a problem/concern.

without any roll protection, your stock belts and seats are much safer than a harness bar, 5/6 point harness and racing seat...with stock belts and an air bag I'm not sure the hans/hybrid will do you any good...some G locks for the belts, a good helmet and neck ring will probably serve you just as well

Simon Tibbett is infamous around these parts
Stock belts won't work with a H&N system.

I use a Safety Solutions R3 Hybrid system which is designed to be fully compatible with a 3 point belt. It's fully approved by all the sanctioning bodies so I use it when racing in a car with a 6 point system and cage as well. A HANS system will not work with a 3 point belt as it is secured by the two shoulder straps in a 5-6 point setup. Safety Solutions was bought by Simpson last year and here's a link to check them out. It's a good product and I wouldn't go on the track anymore without it.
