i know it's a longshot here, but since you guys/gals appreciate some gear that has been 'modded' i thought i'd post up the irons i am selling. you won't see this set anywhere else that i know of....

i am selling a set of taylormade tp irons, 3-pw, in mint condition. the set is a combo set, with 3-5 irons the tp cb head, and 6-pw the tp mc head. the cb's are slightly larger and more forgiving, but all of the heads are forged. in addition, the irons are shafted with the new kbs c-taper shafts that are getting rave reviews and are a significant upcharge from the standard shafts. the c-tapers here are stiff flex but have been 'soft stepped' once. the c-tapers are a bit more stiff than the 's' flex would normally indicate, so these have been soft stepped to bring them back to a 'normal' stiff flex. lastly the irons have upgraded lamkin grips. standard length and lie angle. the set is in 9.5 of 10 condtion. very light use, and i am one of those geeks that uses iron covers..and it shows in the condition of the heads. asking $625 shipped for this setup.
