Ben's Memorial Stickers - **UPDATE**
Who would have thought that a quick sticker design for our friend Ben would have such an incredible response, I’ve received e-mails as far as Sweden and have requests for as many as 20 from a single person…
That being said, here is the latest update:
We had planned to allot 100 stickers ($500 cost) as “freebies†for the 6speed family – for those of our community that knew Ben and wanted to pay tribute by putting a memorial sticker on their car. After finding out that Charlotte (Ben’s wife) had requested 150 for friends and family, it was decided that we would fund those instead, as an offering from the 6speed community. The stickers were given to Dave (a good friend of Ben’s) today at the memorial service. It was nice to see one of them on Ben’s not so favorite Turbo Cayenne.
To date, we have ordered a total of 250 stickers and given away almost all of them. Thomas and I are working with the SoCal crew to cover costs for the stickers requested by Charlotte as well as the stickers given out during the memorial run. The remaining stickers that we have will be sent out to the first people that requested them in my initial post. I apologize for not being able to fulfill everyone’s request for a “freebieâ€, but obviously our first obligation is to the family and local friends of Ben.
If you would like to order a sticker, the cost is $5.00 per sticker. That is the flat cost, direct from our sticker vendor. Shipping is best handled via priority mail, flat rate envelope which will keep the sticker straight– cost is $3.85, anywhere in the domestic US.
Please let me know if you have any questions, I will also happily send you the EPS format of the sticker if you would like to have it made locally in your area – again, it’s all about showing our love for Ben.

krist, my buddy doing the decals, wanted to thank you and let everyone in the community know that a portion of the money made will be donated to Ben's fund organized through Ferrarichat or any other fund that is placed in Ben's name.

sorry to log in under ben but wanted to let you know have lots of stickers left. can return. thanks for all the great posts ans condolences. didnt realize benw as such a new member. i think he is happy...bless you, charlotte

Wow. I saw that "ben, lj" had last posted in this forum when I was viewing the main index. Talk about scary ... for a second I was under the impression that maybe it was all just a bad dream.
