Need suggestions for DIY sites and manuals...
I did an inspection on my car yesterday, had the chance to put it on the lift (Maxjax) and there are many questions that came to my mind. Would like to know more about my C350 mechanically. Do you have any suggestions for DIY sites, MBworld and Benzworld are the only two places I went too. I also purchase a repair manual on Ebay (did not get it yet) and downloaded one from Tradebit but no success so far with the installation....Thanks a lot for your help! J.P.

I think that this is the biggest issue you are facing, apart from figuring out how to make money. If I have a VW then what is my incentive to contribute to a site that has articles about other makes, especially if I am already part of an established VW community? On the flipside of that is the question of why should I turn to a "generalist" website if I need information about a VW if I can just go and ask experts at established VW communities (of which there are really only 2 on the web).
