2004 Mercedes C55 W/ Kleemann Supercharger, Kleemann Headers, and Quaife LSD

This customer came in looking for quite a bit more power from his already stout C55 AMG. We paired him up with a Kleemann supercharger kit, Kleemann headers, and, to help get all the power down to the ground, a Quaife Limited Slip Differential.

Parts Installed:
Mercedes M113 (V8) 430/500/55 KLEEMANN Supercharger System
Mercedes M113 V8 Headers for C55 W203
Quaife LSD Differential

First, the supercharger

All stock, just waiting to get started

New supercharger bolted down

We had to remove the front bumper to route all the intercooler plumbing.

And the intercooler is all mounted

Intakes were installed and this part is all done. When compared to stock, even excluding statistics, we already see an improvement.

Stock

Versus the gorgeous new Kleemann set up

Now on to the headers we went

We quickly removed the stock headers and cats and figured we'd take a good look at the before and afters.

So bulky

And now so sleek

The Limited Slip Diff

Factory Differential

The new Quaife versus the OEM diff

We got the Quaife diff installed into the housing and back into the car.

And this job was done. It technically is a lot of work but for the benefits you receive in this combination of parts, it's well worth it. Our customer is super pleased with it and for that reason alone, we couldn't be happier.
