Installing Alpha turbos on 997tt

Just picked up a 997tt last week and will be installing the parts from my 996tt that was totalled onto it. I was wondering if anyone on here has installed the Alpha turbos themselves and what is involved. I am finding out the 996tt and 997tt platforms are very different as far as the turbos. I do know that I will be needing to get blow off valves installed in the intake piping/intercoolers since the VTG turbos have them installed in their compressor housings. I was wondering if anyone carries any adapters for the oil and water lines? I called AMS to see if they would sell these pieces separately but they would not

If anyone has a write up for install (DIY) or ideas on getting them installed I would appreciate it.

Protomotive Todd has a 997 Alpha install kit... kinda pricey, but has all the fittings and lines you need.

I have them on mine..Todd sells the the lines and adaptors..Also if you have stock exhaust it wont fit with out mods even aftermarket you may have to modifie also..Those turbos were really made for a 996 so you do have some custom stuff to make fit..But they will fit!!
