Reinforced PDK for 997.2 TT S or same as regular TT??

I read in an article that they beefed up the PDK for the S but I don't seem to find this info anywhere else. The article maybe referring that the regular TT has a beefed up PDK. Here is the article, if anybody could shed any light it was be appreciated.
