Possible to CPO car after owning?

I was wondering if it was possible to get a car CPO'd after owning it? I have an '11 turbo S with all the Champion goodies and would like to get additional warranty as my original is up soon. Would a dealer do this for a car I already own ( I know BMW will do this) or would I have to look for aftermarket? If aftermarket, can anyone recommend a reputable company?
Thanks in advance.

Pretty sure it would be a no to the CPO and would wonder if you can get an extended warranty on a modified car-my cpo is up this July and I also have the Champion stuff-didn't think I could get a warranty-but haven't looked into it yet. Curious if its possible-at a reasonable rate.

If you sell them your car and then buy it back they could. Or you just could buy an extended Porsche warranty from the finance manager.

I don't believe you could do a Porsche CPO with the modifications you have, but aftermarket warranty companies, like Fidelity (I have them) will write a policy.

You definitely won't be able to get the dealer to CPO it.

I'll give another vote to Fidelity, and I know there are a bunch of other people on the forum that have used them and been very happy. I bought their Platinum 4 year/48k mile warranty with $100 deductible for about $3,500 (maybe closer to $3,000, can't remember?) through the dealer when I bought my Turbo 5 years ago. It was 4 years old with 28k miles at the time. I ended up getting ~$10k in repairs done and only paid a little over $500 out of pocket myself during that time.
Repairs - Total cost - What I paid out of pocket:
Nav/head unit blown - ~$3500 - $100 deductible
Alternator blew - ~$2500 - $100 deductible plus $200 for new battery (warranty doesn't cover wearable components like brake pads/rotors, fluids, batteries, etc.)
Leaking O-ring on oil cooler on top of engine (required dropping engine) - ~$3500 - $100 deductible plus another $50 or so for fluids
