My "new to me" 997.1
I never thought I would be a 997 Turbo owner but the day has come!
Two months ago I picked up a 07 Turbo (Meteor Grey Metallic), 6 speed manual with 35K miles.
Options on the car include :
640 - Sport Chrono Package Turbo
P01 - Adaptive Sport Seats
220 - Axle Differential Lock Rear
342 - Heated Front Seats
635 - Parking Assist System
692 - Remote CD Changer (6 Disc)
XPA - Thicker Steering Wheel - Leather
XSA - Sport Seat Backs Painted
XSC - Porsche Crest in the Headrest

I have a couple of questions and was hoping someone could help me with. I've done a few searches on this forum but with no success:
1 - How can I tell if I have the Short Shift Kit? Compared to my previous car - 996 C4 Cab, I can tell the throws are shorter. I was thinking of just going to the dealership and comparing another 997.
2 - What is the simplest way to add a ipod hook-up using my existing PCM? I know there are threads on this, but nothing recent that I could find.
3 - What is your favorite option that my car doesn't have?

1. You may want to do a search I've seen the answer somewhere - I know you have to pull the shift boot
