Has anyone been able to reach Sean at Silly Rabbit? I've been trying to reach him for several weeks, calling almost every day. He has not answered and has not phoned back after leaving messages.

I'm wondering if he went out of business?

 

Hi vr6. Sorry to hear that. I know that they have been extremely busy trying to catch up with a surprisingly high level of initial orders. Lots of exciting stuff coming out and I think it was more than any of us expected. I am largely to blame LOL. Send me an email or PM and I will see if I can help out

 

If they're that busy, I'd expect they afford a receptionist. Not returning calls for a month is not acceptable business practice.

 

It feels like they are ramping up so must be really busy. He has been very responsive to me via IM though. He goes by ITGUY on 6spd. Good luck!

 

I started by texting him a few weeks ago to not bother him when he's busy. No response, a few days later, no response so I started calling, no response. Without customers, you have no business. No one is too busy to respond to a text.

 

Ramping up is exactly what's happening. Hopefully you will hear very soon but if I can help please feel free. I have the luxury of being glued to a desk most of the time
