No no it was on the ProEFI. Jason originally set it up, but there have been lots of changes since then. AP can't do an ignition cut for the trans haha.
Great run, but please help me out with a few things (1) how can the car register a 2.3 60' time (i.e., quite a slow start) and (2) an ET of 10.3 (which is commensurate with cars trapping in the 130mph - 135mph range for the 1/4 mile) but then achieve 172.25 mph! Is it simply a slow start then BOOM!! rocket down the 1/4 mile? Am I missing something?

BOG offf the line. spool from zero and flys in the back half. look at the MPH it picks up between 1/8 and 1/4 .... its insane.
it should go 8s with a nicely tuned launch control.

Got it. First post was originally slightly misleading since it had no mention of ProEFI. I know COBB has some very fast GTRs, their factory ECUs are much nicer than 996.
Yeah he wasn't launching the car just a normal start.
