Just a warning to anyone thinking about doing business with this ebay company. I purchased a "OEM" front lip spoiler from them. What I received was a damaged Chinese piece of junk. They say they have a 5 Star Service Guarantee. Ha. I tried to call them several times, leaving a message; but they never would call me back. I emailed them for about 8 days. They still would not call me . Finally they sent an email saying to use a hair dryer to try and get the deformities out of the spoiler.
I will never do business with this sorry company again..

 

File a claim though Ebay. Also, here's what I do I always pay with my American Express for purchases though Pay Pal. Pay Pal has a 45 day window that you can challenge something, if you are past that you are SOL. If you have your Amex tied to it for payment, you won't have that 45 day window. Only reason I know, I bought some part from China which ended up being defective and it took 30 days or so to get it and by the time I had it installed I was past the window.
