fabspeed muffler bypass question

just ordered a set of fabspeed muffler bypass pipes. I have an evoms 720/750 kit installed with club sport headers, 200 cell hi flo cats and maxflo mufflers... just doesn't give me the exotic exhaust sound I am looking for. After doing some research I get the feeling there is a loud drone inside the car... any 1st hand experience on this forum. Thanks

You will have a little more drone but with a slight higher pitch. Once you get rid of the mufflers, there is simply no way of getting rid of the drone - in the best case scenario, you are able to reduce it some.

I am using the shells of the catalytics and using them as "mini-mufflers", if you can call them that. They are gutted and then run straight pipes after them. It sounds better and higher pitch too that way. Drone is still there, but it is diminished some. The drone was worse when I had the 200cells and the straight pipes and also when I just had bypass pipes...
