Is keeping the rear wing down possible?
Is keeping the rear wing down possible?
Hi,
I had the Techart type 1 rear wing and went back to the oem because I disliked the TA one when it is in "up" position.
I was thinking about bolting it again if I could find a way to keep it in "down" position.
Does someone know how?
Thanks, P.

Yes...If you have a Durametric Pro you can do it also. There is likely another option to unplug the connector, and find how to loop it so the DME does not give an error when you reach the deploy speed. This is done when people switch to a fixed wing, so I know it is possible.
If I can find the wiring needed I will post it here. Meanwhile search for that on google. Fixed wing vendors have a plug that does this I believe.
Good luck!

Ok much thanks buddies,
I used my Durametric pro and it seems to be ok: the rear wing stays in down position even >75mph and the lonely way to move it stays the dash button.
So I rebolt my TechArt wing but in despite my friends love it I'm not convinced with the aesthetic, even always down...
