Boost issue 997.2tt

I have a 2010 997.2 turbo PDK, 62,000 miles with a careless/mufflerless exhaust and tune and the car doesn't feel any faster than my previous car (tuned 996tt). It makes 15psi in all conditions and when I run WOT then let off I hear a chirp/woosh sound that resembles a BOV from the rear passenger side. I also have some oil in the passenger side boost tube but that has decreased since I lowered the oil level to half full on the dash meter (whereas before it showed full).

I did a boost leak test today (from the pipe connecting to the turbos) with Markski's kit and it wouldn't hold pressure at all and I don't hear any leaks.

I'm worried my passenger side turbo is going. My other thought is that the diverter valve is bad and that when I do the boost test it is leaking into the intake and may explain why it isn't holding pressure and I'm not hearing a leak. A third idea is that there is a leak in the inter cooler area as those were removed to install the exhaust, however I think I would have heard that during the boost test.

I'm open to all ideas.

Thank you!

When you had pressure on it did you try moving the hoses going to the coolers? One of my leaks was the seal on the metal insert that goes in the cooler. When I wiggled it I heard the leak. Are your recirc valves stock? I also had a bad aftermarket valve that was very hard to determine.

probably this is a bad diverter valve. Also we have seen cracked intake manifold on 9A1 engines.
