OEM v. AFTERMARKET TPMS?

I'm getting a new set of tires for my 2011TTS with centerlocks along with new sensors. Local Porsche dealer will be mounting and balancing them. They are Tirerack's recommended installer so I'm paying tirerack's price for the tires. However, the Porsche OEM sensors with valve stems are $182 a piece/$728 for the set and they come with 2 year warranty which means dealer will replace any defective sensor for free including labor, mounting and balancing. Tirerack's are $71 a piece/$284 for the set so a huge difference of $444. The OEM sensors have lasted 6 years without any problems and have been completely accurate. I would like to know if the aftermarket sensors are going to be just as accurate and, more importantly, as reliable and last for 6 years. I don't want to blow $444 but I also don't want any hassles. Thanks

My OE TPMS works for 3 months and stop working. Some of us have better luck but next time I will buy OEM.

I paid FAR less than that for 4 OEM TPS.

Source online and tell the STEALER to take a leak up a flagpole
