Jacking a 997TT from the front Tub

In the 993 we can jack the car up from the front with a board and a jack under the tub to put the car on jackstands.

Has anyone done this with a 997?

I have a transfer case leak, and want to get the car as high as possible.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I never tried that myself. Before I got a quickjack I would jack one side at a time from the rear and the front on that side came up with it. Then just put a jack stand under the front and do the other side. Then lift the back up from the frame by the rear of the engine and put the two rear jack stands in.
