What throw out/release bearing with Sachs 764/487 PP setup?

What throw out/release bearing with Sachs 764/487 PP setup?
What throw out bearing would you guys recommend running with the Sachs 487 or 764 pressure plate? Will any tob work or is there an upgraded version that could be considered as well?
TOB depends on which flywheel you run. use a standard Turbo TOB when using dualmass flywheel. if going to single mass RS flywheel then you need the long ear 964 TOB and guide tube.
