19" tire question
Time to replace the tires.
I'd like to go with the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ but I have 19" wheels.
Has anyone run the 255/50r19 Pilot Sports in place of the OEM 265/50r19 tires? If so, how did they do?
Tire Rack said I'd lose some performance but since I'm on the Eagles now - a touring tire vs performance - they'd be about the same. And the smaller tires have a bit less of a load capacity, but not much and I don't tow with my CD. Any other gotchas I should be aware of in going to a slightly narrower tire?
