oil leak

Just a heads up - I have a launch 997tt with 8500 miles on. Came out to find a puddle of oil under the right turbo. Turns out that on early cars with certain VINs, the double o-ring fitting that attaches oil line to the turbo it too short. The fitting can become slightly loose and allow oil to escape. There's a service bulletin out about this. Fix was a replacement for the oil line with a new longer fitting.

sorry, no

lead service guy told me that most dealerships would just reset the old fitting, but the proper fix is the oil line replacement.
