DB9 or Vanquish

Hey, I live in Vancouver BC and i've got a client thats interested in these. Now i knwo that they're 2 different animals, but i guess he'll make the final decision. first off, is the Vanquish worth the money over the DB9? maintenance cost between the two? IS anyone selling theirs that lives in the GVRD??

The DB9 with the sports pack is a newer, better car in all aspects. The vanquish has its charm, but thats about it.

Styling is a matter of taste, but many would say the DB9 is one of the most beautiful cars ever made.

Go for a Vanquish S, you will be sold after hearing it in person or in coldstart its one of the best sounding cars and since it got discontinued this year it will definatley be a collector soon.

The DB9 is a great looking vehicle and has a reliable manumatic. The Vanquish is by far the better looking but it is a cumbersome vehicle to drive. The F1 tranny alongside the software that is used to support are not in sync and it is by far very annoying to drive. I have also known of it to spend a lot of time in the garage and battery running dead if not used within a couple of weeks. It is a heavier vehicle and most owners choose to return the vehicle because whilst the look is there, driving satisfcation is very poor. The selling price when the vanquish came out was ridiculous pushing well over $300k. You can pick up a used 04 with 10k Miles for around $125k or less. I would encourage your friend to stay away from the vanquish unless he just likes looking at it although I think it is by far the best looking vehicle that Aston Martin has put out.

Not to generalize all Vanquishes since I haven't looked into them much, but I was driving next to one last week, and yesterday I saw the exact same one on a flat bed truck
