Feel free to ask as many questions as you would like.
Yes they are H&R springs. They lower the car about an inch.
You can use the same set up with the stock 19's if you would like and the move to the 20/21's with no issues. No spacers were used.

A couple of years ago H&R and Eibach were touting "progressive" springs vs their standard stuff (all offered both). Is this still true - and are these "progressive" (variable spring rates during compression/decompression is the non-tech explanation) that you mounted on the Vantage ?
