Pick it up tomorrow
Car didn't make it home in one pc., never even saw my driveway.
I was parked in my home town, and a young girl plowes right into it. Said she misjudged how far away she was.
No injuries, but its crunched but good...very sad.

My 12 yr old daughter and I were both in it, but no injuries at all.
Mostly a door and quarter panel...guessing $40-50K of damage.
Sure it will look good as new in a month or so, but it sucks taking a big hit on resale someday since its been in an accident like this, and it wasn't my fault...

Use your insurance but you might want to talk to a lawyer first - one that deals w/ auto accidents - I know on high end cars additional claims have been by insurance companies for loss of resale value. They do not like to admit it, but this is a fact.
Very curious to know what insurance companies you guys are using to insure the AM.
Love to hear about rates/etc if you care to disclose.
Hard enough to find a company that will even take the car, so rate hunting is almost a fantasy.

That is the saddest thing that I have read today. I am glad to hear that you and your daughter are okay though.
Haha! That reminds me of a friend of mine that wanted a brand new Jeep Wrangler, so he saved, and saved, and saved. He finally got it and then like the third time he took it off road, be put a huge dent in the windshield frame. He just laughed it off and said, "Sh*t will buff out." Body panels can be bent back into place, carbon fiber can be replaced, and paint can be sprayed again. The important thing is that you and your daughter aren't the worse for wear.
