heard the premium sound. it was definitely good, but it wasn't as good as i had hoped. i noticed some weird rattling going on in the back shelf when i turned up the volume. maybe there's something wrong with the vehicle i was in?

actually, demoed the b&o system in the dbs and i found it wasn't all that either (it was the white dbs at the LA auto show). maybe the sales rep hyped it up too much. rolled up the windows and played some tracks on the demo cd in the dash. definitely loud, but its nothing to write home about. i'm definitely no audiophile, but i've found b&o to always be more flash than substance.

if you've never heard of reus you might want to check them out. they are based in LA, but they have other offices. they focus on custom sound systems for higher end cars and exotics. HIGHLY recommended. a lot of dealers in the local area work with them to customize their inventory. you'll never look at any stock system the same. they tend to focus on clarity vs. boomy bass, so it might be a turn off if your looking to open a rolling club.

To see slate blue go to aston orlando's website: astonmartinorlando.com. They have an 2006 db9 volante, slate blue with red fox leather.

Slate blue seems alright, but I'm quite sure mariana blue is more to my tastes. I just need a picture to confirm this. Unfortunately, it seems so hard to get such a photo as mariana blue is an '09 colour.

Reus sounds very interesting. Unfortunately, I don't think they will be able to work on a car outside US. Oh well.
