Saving for a 09 Vantage
This is just my 2 cents, nothing affense!
The value of a toy will always goes down but never goes up, uless we are talking about cars like F40, F50, Mclaren F1, or Enzo ...... it as simple as supply and demand. The summer is coming and the cars are moving. Due to the current economic, the finanical structure has been re-structure. It's going to be an unknown market for the used cars. Especially, there are going to about 1500 dealers are going to either cloesed, selling used car, or switch brands.
There is no best time to buy a toy. It's all about when you want it.
Pitbullsl500.... looks like you have been upgrade from SL to Vantage. how much do you miss the hardtop conv. ? Congrats for your new Vantage.

I bought the SL500 and then SL550 because I loved the look of the car not for the convertable top. Then went to the CL550 liked its looks but wanted to get back into a sports car and the Vantage it about the most beautiful car out there. I think it will go down in value at a slower rate then the mercedes?
Do you drive/park your Vantage as SL or CL?
I feel the Vantage is more of a toy for driving, not commuting or running errands. that is what I use my LX470 for.
