Chirping sound?

Hi all,
Looking to see if anyone has experienced this. 10k miles on my 07 V8V and today I started hearing a chirping sound that's rev dependent. At idle, in neutral, there is no sound and then when the engine is revved there is a metallic chirping sound that is rev dependent. I tried to listen while the hood was open and couldn't determine the source. Could it be a pulley or the bearings on the water pump? Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
Marv

Not sure on this one, but I would certainly check to see if the sound is there while the A/C is off as well as checking for the sound while the car is in neutral.

It may be the noise that was targeted by an updated idler pulley and belt that Aston came out with. Mine had a similar noise that was resolved by this updated pulley.

Thanks orangegrower.
That's exactly what Derek Fisk, Service Manager at AM Orlando, suggested. They've been great on follow-up. I'll arrange to have it in to my local dealer and report back.
