Anyone know of any reputable shops in the London, Ontario area that would properly service an AM out of warranty?

Quote: Interesting stories and can't believe something hasn't been done about it. I will actually speak to the northeast regional rep. I plan to bring it up to him and ask him about it. Will post what a hear.
I am wondering if you heard back from the rep about this?

Just bring them a bit South to "Aston Martin of Troy", in Michigan (north burbs of Detroit). You will receive professional treatment and excellent service by a great group of guys! (I am not affiliated)

Good suggestion but not really a viable option for those living several hours on the other side of Toronto.

Called last week to book my car for some warranty issues at Grand Touring. I can't believe this service manager is still working. His demeanour is so casual and off beat I wonder if he is stoned, drunk, or mentally ill. Totally inappropriate for customer service. And he seemed utterly disinterested in booking an appointment. Unbelievable.

Try Decarie in Montreal!
So I tried Decarie Motors in Montreal. All I can say is: polar opposite of Grand Touring in Toronto. I had heard bad things about them, so it just goes to show how there is no substitute for trying things yourself. With a couple of visits, all the issues with my car have been sorted out, but just as importantly, they treated me well and acted as if they actually wanted my business. Props to Chris (technician) and George (service manager) for representing Aston so well and restoring my faith. If anyone is looking for an alternative to Grand Touring, I can certainly recommend Decarie!
