How to polish the grill?

A mild paint cleaner will do a good job of polishing the front grill:

If there's oxidation or water spotting, then a metal polish such as P21S will do the job:

1. Dab a little polish on a soft microfiber cloth
2. Begin rubbing and working the polish into the metal. You may see some black on your towel. That's OK.
3. With another towel or a clean potion of the same towel, wipe off polish residue to a brilliant shine
Hope this helps
