3M Venture Shield

I'm about to VS my car this weekend and for those of you that have done it, are you happy with it and is my price right?

I am covering the ENTIRE front half of the car, except the wheels. The rocker panels. Both door mirrors and the rear bumper. Cost for everything is $2500.

Thoughts?

I had mine done. I did the entire front up to the pillars on the side of the windshield, front mirrors and rear rockers. I didn't do the back bumper as I didn't see that necessary. I never heard of anyone doing the back bumper. It is so invisible it is crazy! Just make sure you have a really good shop doing it because I have seen ones done poorly.

I just got mine back and I did everything except the roof and the deck lid. It cost me $3000. I used Detailing Dynamics and they are a top notch organization.

Hey KidRacer, where are you thinking of getting this done, as I am looking too & am in your area? Premier seems to be the favorite (or at least the strongest proactive promotion on this forum) and likely a very high quality...but also high price. Advance Auto in Alhambra has great & numerous Yelp reviews and I've found Yelp to be very helpful.
I've found the biggest distinction to be whether you are quoted this price for a custom wrap vs. pre-cut pieces. For a custom wrap, this would be a good price. I've heard that a full custom wrap at a top shop can be north of $5K.

I made the mistake of driving before the clear bra install and probably need to get the bumper repainted first. Anyone have a SoCal recommendation, or tips on what to do/ask for in a pre-bra re-paint beside the wait of 30 days?

Thanks!
