Dbs pricing

A friend of mine is looking at a New DBS with MSRP $303,000 and they are selling for $250,000. Is there any money back on these??

termsheet is infamous around these parts

Mine listed for $283K I think and was the first 2011 in the country. I got $25K off. I thought that was a good deal. I think $50K off seems like a great deal.
