How do I know when my clutch is going, SS.

I have 17K miles on the car, and RSC transmission upgrade. Last few weeks, the clutch feels grabby. I know what slipping is, and it doesn't seem to be doing that, but it isn't as smooth as it used to be.

Can anyone go over the "learn" thing again, I'll try that to see if I notice a difference.
