Rear parking sensor/reversing light fuse blowing

The rear parking sensor and reversing light share a common fuse (06 V8V). I have replaced the fuse several times and things work for a while and then the fuse blows again. Last service the dealer replaced the rear parking sensor control unit which they said had a short. All was well for about 3 months but now the fuse has gone again. The car is back at the dealer for more investigation but I thought I'd canvas this group to see if anyone has had a similar problem and if so what was the solution?

Tia.

wonder if the wires behind the CEM are shorted, seen that several times, unless there is water in a tail lamp...that would do it too....can not say for sure
